We are hiring a skilled Database Administrator to join our team in Randers, Denmark. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's databases to ensure they are secure, efficient, and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain database systems
- Monitor database performance and identify areas for improvement
- Troubleshoot database issues and provide timely resolutions
- Create backup and recovery plans to ensure data protection
- Collaborate with development teams to design and optimize database structures
- Develop database policies and procedures to ensure data integrity
- Stay up-to-date with the latest database technologies and trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Database Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of database management systems (SQL Server, MySQL)
- Experience with data backup, recovery, and security protocols
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex database issues
- Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, Python or Java is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
