Database Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Database Administrator to join our team in Randers. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our company's databases. You will also be responsible for ensuring the security, performance, and availability of our databases.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement database structures and procedures
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot any issues
- Ensure data security and integrity by implementing backup and recovery strategies
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize database usage
- Develop and maintain database documentation
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as updates, patches, and upgrades
- Stay up-to-date with new database technologies and tools

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Database Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of database management systems (DBMS)
- Experience with SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers
- Knowledge of data backup, recovery, security, and integrity principles
- Familiarity with cloud-based databases (e.g. AWS RDS)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary: 1600$

Location: Randers
