Part-Time Interpreter in Randers, Denmark


We are hiring a part-time interpreter to join our team in Randers, Denmark. As an interpreter, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between individuals who speak different languages. Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate interpretation services between English and the target language(s)
- Ensure clear and effective communication between parties
- Maintain confidentiality and neutrality throughout all interactions
- Familiarize yourself with relevant terminology in the industry or subject matter being discussed
- Keep abreast of current events and developments in both languages to ensure accurate interpretation
- Review and prepare materials prior to interpretation sessions as needed
- Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development opportunities as required

Requirements:
- Fluency in English and at least one other language (Danish preferred)
- Previous experience as an interpreter preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong cultural competency and sensitivity when dealing with diverse individuals
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail
- Flexibility to work varying schedules including evenings and weekends if needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this part-time position.

Location:
This position is located in Randers, Denmark. Relocation assistance is not provided, so applicants should already be living or willing to relocate within commuting distance of Randers.
