We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Randers. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to clients through various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online channels, such as email, chat, and video conferencing
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions and recommendations
- Educate clients on our products and services
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes to effectively advise clients
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the consulting or customer service industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of online communication tools and platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Biometric passport required for international travel

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $1200 per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This position is based in Randers, Denmark. Relocation assistance is not provided, so candidates must already have the legal right to work in Denmark.
