Event Moderator
As an Event Moderator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of events in the city of Randers. This full-time position requires a candidate with previous experience in event planning and moderation, as well as strong organizational and communication skills. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have a passion for creating memorable experiences and ensuring the success of each event.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute events in accordance with client specifications
- Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events
- Act as a liaison between clients and event staff to ensure client satisfaction
- Moderate events by introducing speakers, facilitating discussions, and engaging audience participation
- Manage event logistics such as venue selection, catering, audio/visual equipment setup, etc.
- Monitor event budget to ensure profitability
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote events through various channels
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance event experience
Requirements:
- Previous experience in event planning and moderation
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Availability to work weekends and evenings when needed
Preference will be given to candidates who are familiar with the city of Randers or have experience working in Denmark. However, this is not a strict requirement.
