Job Title: Moderator for Online Community (Randers, Denmark)



We are hiring a motivated and enthusiastic Moderator to join our online community based in Randers, Denmark. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our online platform and maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for our users.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor user activity and posts to ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Create engaging content to promote discussions and interactions within the community
- Collaborate with other moderators to develop strategies for growing the community
- Identify and report any technical issues or bugs on the platform
- Help onboard new users and provide support as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience moderating online communities or managing social media pages is a plus
- Excellent written communication skills in English and Danish
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities
- Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
- Proactive mindset with the ability to think creatively

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable depending on experience)
