Title: Facade Designer

As a Facade Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing the exterior appearance of various buildings. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to create functional and visually appealing facades that meet client requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Create detailed designs for building facades using CAD software
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Select appropriate materials for facades based on functionality, aesthetics, and cost
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and gather necessary information for design development
- Prepare drawings, specifications, and other documentation for project proposals and presentations
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions that meet their requirements
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, innovations, and new building materials
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in facade design or a related field
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong understanding of construction processes and materials
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
This position is located in Randers but remote work options may be available. Salary is competitive at $900 per month. This position is open to all nationalities but candidates must have a valid work visa.
