Roofer Supervisor


We are hiring a skilled Roofer Supervisor to join our team in Randers, Denmark. As the Roofer Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of roofers and ensuring that all roofing projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of roofers and provide guidance and support when needed
- Inspect job sites to ensure safety protocols are being followed
- Plan and organize roofing projects, including material procurement and scheduling
- Train new roofers on company procedures and safety guidelines
- Monitor job progress and provide regular updates to management
- Conduct quality checks on completed roofing projects
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the roofing process

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a roofer, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of different roofing materials, techniques, and safety protocols
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Good communication skills to effectively relay information to team members and management
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship
- Physical fitness to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
