Tiler Supervisor
As a Tiler Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of tilers in the city of Randers. Your primary role will be to ensure that all tiling projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also be responsible for providing training and guidance to your team, as well as handling any issues or conflicts that may arise on the job site.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

- Supervising and coordinating the work of tiling teams on various projects.
- Ensuring that all work is completed according to project plans and specifications.
- Inspecting completed work for quality control and making necessary adjustments or repairs.
- Providing guidance, training, and support to team members.
- Monitoring project progress and reporting any issues or delays to management.
- Ordering materials, supplies, and equipment as needed.
- Maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
- Handling any conflicts or issues that may arise between team members or with clients.

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of experience as a tiler, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of tiling techniques, materials, and tools.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Good communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and management.
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality control.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project plans.
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods of time.

This position offers a salary of $1000 per month with visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
