Our reputable construction company in Randers is seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster to walls, ceilings and other surfaces to create a smooth and even finish. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working as a Plasterer and must be able to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning and smoothing out imperfections
- Measure and mix plaster ingredients according to specific requirements
- Apply plaster using trowels, brushes or spray equipment
- Smooth out and shape plaster with hand tools or mechanical tools
- Create decorative textures and designs on surfaces using specialized tools
- Repair cracks, holes or other damages on existing plastered surfaces
- Ensure that work is completed within specified timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards
- Adhere to safety protocols and use protective equipment when necessary

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer with a portfolio of previous projects
- Knowledge of different types of plaster materials, techniques, and tools
- Ability to read blueprints, measurements, and follow instructions accurately
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina for working in different positions for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail with an eye for perfection in creating smooth finishes on surfaces
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Must be able to work under pressure in urgent situations
- Own basic tools for the job
- Must have valid work permit or residency status in Randers
