Finisher Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finisher Assistant to join our team in Randers. In this part-time role, you will support our Finisher by preparing materials, operating equipment, and assisting with finishing processes. No previous experience is required as we provide on-the-job training. This job is open to all genders and does not require accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare materials for finishing processes, including sanding, staining, and sealing
- Operate equipment such as sanders and sprayers according to safety guidelines
- Assist with applying finishes to products using various techniques
- Clean and maintain equipment and work area
- Follow quality control standards to ensure finished products meet specifications
- Communicate any issues or concerns to the Finisher
- Complete tasks within designated time frames

Requirements:
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for quality
- Physically able to lift and move materials up to 50lbs
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools preferred but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good communication skills in English (Danish language skills are a plus)

Salary: 1000$ per month (based on 20 hours per week)
