Junior Formworker

As a Junior Formworker, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction of formwork and molds for concrete structures. You will work closely with experienced formworkers and carpenters to learn the necessary skills and techniques. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates with little to no experience in formwork.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the construction of formwork according to plans and specifications
- Set up and dismantle formwork for concrete pours
- Cut, shape, and assemble materials such as wood, metal, and plastic to create molds
- Use hand and power tools to secure formwork in place
- Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor
- Basic knowledge of carpentry tools and techniques
- Willingness to learn from experienced formworkers
- Good communication skills

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1500 per month.
