We are hiring a skilled Concrete Worker to join our team in Randers. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing concrete structures, such as floors, walls, and foundations. You will use various tools and equipment to mix, pour, and finish concrete according to specifications.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience as a Concrete Worker
- Knowledge of various concrete materials and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail and safety protocols

Responsibilities:
- Prepare worksite by setting up forms and ensuring proper drainage
- Mix concrete according to specifications using hand or power tools
- Pour concrete into forms and use trowels, screeds, or floats to level surface
- Install reinforcing materials such as rebar or wire mesh if needed
- Finish surfaces by smoothing, shaping, or texturing as required
- Repair any damaged surfaces or structures using appropriate techniques
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
