Equipment Operator

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Equipment Operator to join our team in Randers. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to company policies and procedures
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment and report any issues or malfunctions
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow project plans and blueprints to complete tasks accurately and efficiently
- Communicate with team members to coordinate work activities
- Adhere to safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work full-time hours, including weekends if needed
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception
- Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred but not required
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
- Basic understanding of construction processes
- Must have own transportation or reliable means of transportation
