Entry-Level Equipment Operator

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Equipment Operator in Randers. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to assist with various construction and maintenance projects. This is a great opportunity for someone without experience in the field to gain hands-on training and develop their skills as an Equipment Operator.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy machinery in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Communicate with team members to ensure project goals are met
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures on job sites

Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from experienced Operators

Salary: Starting at $1000 per month, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Location: This position is based in Randers, however, travel may be required for certain projects.
