Entry-Level Solar Installer



The Entry-Level Solar Installer will be responsible for assisting in the installation of solar panels and related equipment on residential and commercial buildings. They will work closely with experienced installers to learn the skills necessary to perform the job effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the setup and installation of solar panels and equipment
- Learning proper safety procedures and protocols for working on rooftops
- Carrying and lifting materials needed for installation
- Operating hand tools and other equipment as directed by experienced installers
- Ensuring that work areas are kept clean and organized at all times
- Communicating effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Ability to climb ladders and work on rooftops
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and their proper usage
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Willingness to learn new skills from experienced installers

Preferred:
- Previous experience in construction or electrical work is a plus
- Certification in solar panel installation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
