Position Overview:
As an Architectural Technologist, you will play a crucial role in the design and construction process of various projects. You will work closely with architects and engineers to develop detailed drawings, models, and specifications for building projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects to develop concept designs and translate them into working drawings
- Utilize CAD software to create accurate 2D and 3D models
- Prepare technical specifications for materials, finishes, and construction methods
- Conduct site visits to ensure design compliance and provide technical support during construction
- Keep up-to-date with industry standards, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Solid knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and sustainability principles
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
