Architectural Technologist


We are in search of a skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Randers, Denmark. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and technology, with experience in creating and implementing innovative designs. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of construction projects, ensuring that they meet all necessary regulations and standards.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and other professionals to develop detailed designs and plans for construction projects
- Utilize advanced software and technology to create detailed 2D and 3D models of designs
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure adherence to plans
- Conduct research on building materials, techniques, and regulations to inform design decisions
- Work closely with contractors and engineers to resolve any technical issues that arise during construction
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, etc.
- Prepare cost estimates for materials and labor needed for projects
- Monitor project budgets and make adjustments as necessary

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, etc.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with standard working hours from Monday-Friday.

Visa & Ticket:
The company will provide a free visa sponsorship for non-EU citizens. However, the candidate is responsible for obtaining their own ticket to Randers.
