Preservation Architect - Randers, Denmark
We are seeking a skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Randers, Denmark. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for the preservation and restoration of historic buildings and structures. This is a full-time job that requires experience in the field and does not include accommodation. We welcome candidates of all genders with a valid biometric passport.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historic buildings and structures to determine their condition and necessary preservation measures
- Develop preservation plans and designs that adhere to local regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of preservation projects
- Monitor ongoing projects to ensure they are staying within budget and timeline
- Conduct research on materials, techniques, and technologies related to historic preservation
- Educate clients and community members on the importance of preserving historic buildings
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as an Architect, preferably with a focus on historic preservation
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to historic preservation
- Proficient in AutoCAD software and other relevant design tools
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
