Job Title: Commercial Architect


As a Commercial Architect in our Randers office, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings. You must have a strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to determine their needs and creating detailed plans that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will work closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and other professionals throughout the design process. You must also possess strong project management skills to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a degree in architecture or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in commercial architecture. A biometric passport is required for all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and develop design concepts
- Prepare detailed plans, including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in architectural technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial architecture
- Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural design software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas to clients and team members
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
