Architectural Designer


We are searching for a highly skilled Architectural Designer to join our team in Randers. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing functional and aesthetically pleasing buildings and structures. Your main goal will be to ensure that our projects meet the needs and preferences of our clients while also adhering to building codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs, preferences, and budget for their project
- Create detailed building plans, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Provide accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and other expenses
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and safety regulations
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Make necessary revisions to designs based on client feedback or site conditions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Proficient in CAD software and other design programs such as SketchUp or Revit
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Location:
This position is based in Randers, Denmark. However, we are open to candidates from all nationalities who have the necessary qualifications and experience.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position.
