Commercial Architect - Contract Position in Randers


We are currently hiring for a skilled Commercial Architect to join our team on a contract basis in Randers. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities. This position requires experience in commercial architecture and a biometric passport.

Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget for their commercial building project
- Creating detailed architectural plans and blueprints for the project
- Overseeing the construction process to ensure it adheres to the plans and meets all necessary codes and regulations
- Managing a team of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Maintaining communication with clients throughout the project to provide updates and address any concerns
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations related to commercial construction
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients, team members, and contractors effectively
- Biometric passport for international travel

This is a contract position with an initial duration of 6 months. Salary will be based on experience but is expected to be around $1000 per month.
