Commercial Architect

Our architecture firm in Randers is seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and overseeing commercial projects, with a focus on creating functional and visually appealing spaces.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial projects
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is being executed according to the design plans
- Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring that all deadlines are met
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in building materials and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
