Our architecture firm in Randers is seeking an experienced and skilled Architecture Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our architectural projects, from concept to completion. This is a full-time, on-site position with a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all phases of architectural projects, including design, planning, budgeting, and construction
- Collaborate with clients to identify their needs and create innovative solutions that meet their goals
- Lead and mentor a team of architects and designers to ensure high-quality work and timely delivery
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise
- Oversee the preparation of project proposals, reports, and presentations
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Develop strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
