Architecture Manager


As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects in Randers. This includes coordinating with clients, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring the quality and compliance of all architectural designs. You will also be responsible for leading a team of architects and providing guidance and feedback to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage architectural projects from conception to completion
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Oversee the work of architects to ensure quality and compliance with regulations
- Review and approve project designs and plans
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Provide guidance, feedback, and training to team members
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensure project deadlines are met within budget constraints
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architecture technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, laws, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Leadership skills
- Attention to detail

Location: Randers (accommodation included)
