Architecture Manager - Randers, Denmark


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Randers, Denmark. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural design projects from conception to completion. This is a full-time position suitable for individuals with a passion for architecture and excellent management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects, designers, and other professionals involved in architectural projects
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide creative design solutions
- Oversee the production of detailed drawings, models, and presentations
- Review project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders including clients, contractors, consultants, and government officials

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design projects
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, construction methods, materials, and systems
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish proficiency is a plus)
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
