Senior Architect - Randers, Denmark


We are hiring a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Randers, Denmark. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction process of various projects, including residential, commercial, and public buildings. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects meet their objectives and are completed within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Develop initial project plans and budgets based on client requirements
- Create design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Work closely with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Oversee the preparation of detailed construction drawings and specifications
- Review construction progress to ensure compliance with design plans
- Address any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and provide guidance to contractors
- Manage project budgets and maintain accurate records of expenses
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on projects when needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of architecture principles, building codes, and construction techniques
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Fluency in English (Danish language skills are a plus)

This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1600$ per month. Accommodation will also be provided for the duration of the contract.
