Job Title: Teacher Assistant


As a Teacher Assistant in Randers, you will play a crucial role in supporting the learning and development of students in the classroom. You will work closely with the lead teacher to create a positive and engaging learning environment for students of all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing lessons, activities, and assessments
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who need extra help
- Monitor student progress and communicate with the lead teacher about any concerns or areas of improvement
- Support classroom management by reinforcing rules and expectations, redirecting behavior, and providing positive reinforcement
- Help prepare materials and resources for lessons, projects, and activities
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning community

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or currently enrolled in a program)
- Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Patient, empathetic, and able to adapt to different learning styles
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1000$ per month.
