Floral Designer


We are a busy and well-established floral shop in Randers, seeking a talented and experienced Floral Designer to join our team. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events. You will work closely with our clients to understand their vision and create custom designs that exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create floral arrangements for all types of occasions
- Communicate with clients to understand their preferences and provide recommendations for suitable designs
- Source and order flowers, plants, and other necessary materials
- Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure they are well-stocked at all times
- Oversee the maintenance of plants in the shop
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design and make recommendations for new products or services to offer

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Creative flair with an eye for detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively work with clients
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of different types of flowers, plants, and their care techniques
- Knowledge of color theory and design principles
- Flexibility to work on weekends or holidays as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package starting at $1200 per month based on experience. In addition, we provide free visa sponsorship and travel expenses for candidates outside Denmark.

Location:
Our shop is located in the beautiful city of Randers in Denmark. Randers offers a charming mix of traditional Danish architecture, modern amenities, and scenic natural landscapes. It is easily accessible by public transportation.
