Floral Designer



Floral Designer needed for a busy flower shop in Randers, Denmark. We are seeking a creative and passionate individual with experience in floral design to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month. Accommodation and visa sponsorship can be provided for the right candidate.

As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and create custom designs that exceed their expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for color and design, as well as knowledge of different types of flowers and plants. You must also have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and other team members.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create floral arrangements for various events
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Source and order flowers, plants, and other materials needed for projects
- Arrange flowers in an aesthetically pleasing way using different techniques
- Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure they are well-stocked
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience in floral design is required
- Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and greenery
- Strong eye for color and design
- Creative thinking skills to come up with unique designs
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
