Executive Chef at Fine Dining Restaurant in Randers
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team at a prestigious fine dining restaurant in Randers. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing an exceptional menu, managing inventory and food costs, and ensuring the highest quality of food and service. You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment, with a proven track record of delivering exquisite cuisine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation
- Manage inventory levels and control food costs to ensure profitability
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, sanitation practices, and safety procedures
- Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards and served in a timely manner
- Collaborate with restaurant management team to continuously improve processes and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining restaurant
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire kitchen staff
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Salary: $1200 per month (without accommodation)
Location: Randers (preference for Danish or European nationality)
