Job Title: Temporary Executive Chef
We are seeking an experienced Temporary Executive Chef to join our team in Randers. As a Temporary Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our establishment and ensuring high-quality food and service for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain menus that reflect our establishment's concept and appeal to our target audience
- Order and maintain inventory of all food and kitchen supplies
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control
- Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff
- Create new dishes and improve existing ones to keep menus fresh and interesting
- Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Oversee the overall operation of the kitchen, including budgeting, scheduling, and purchasing
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays if needed
Salary:
This is a temporary position paying $1200 per week.
