Contract Executive Chef - Randers, Denmark
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Executive Chef to join our team on a contract basis in Randers, Denmark. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food and service for our customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee daily menu offerings, ensuring variety and creativity while adhering to budgetary constraints
- Supervise kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Develop new recipes and keep up-to-date with industry trends
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Relevant culinary degree or certification preferred
- Proven track record of managing kitchen operations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of food cost control techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this contract position.
