Executive Chef
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Randers, Denmark. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations and ensuring that our food meets the highest standards of quality and presentation. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$ per week, and we also provide a free visa and ticket for relocation.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop menus that reflect our culinary concept and meet the expectations of our guests
- Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Monitor food costs and inventory levels to ensure budget targets are met
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hotel environment
- Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred
- Extensive knowledge of international cuisine with a focus on Danish cuisine
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
Preference will be given to candidates who are Danish nationals or have previous experience working in Denmark. However, we welcome applications from qualified individuals from all backgrounds.
