Executive Chef
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our restaurant team in Randers, Denmark. As the head of our kitchen, you will be responsible for creating delicious and innovative dishes while ensuring the highest level of quality and consistency. You will also oversee the kitchen staff, manage inventory and budgeting, and maintain sanitation and food safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute menus that offer a variety of dishes while accommodating dietary restrictions
- Create new recipes and maintain existing ones to ensure a high standard of quality
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure consistency in food preparation and service
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure quality ingredients at competitive prices
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary to maintain stock levels
- Create schedules for kitchen staff that align with business needs while managing labor costs
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment in accordance with food safety regulations
- Keep up-to-date with culinary trends, techniques, and ingredients to continuously improve menu offerings
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively
- Ability to create innovative dishes while adhering to dietary restrictions or special requests
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of inventory management techniques and ability to create budget plans
- Understanding of food safety regulations

-Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
