Temporary Restaurant Manager
As a Temporary Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Randers. You will work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. This is a temporary position with a duration of 3 months.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
- Create work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure proper training for new employees
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Oversee food preparation to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for increasing revenue and reducing costs
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and make quick decisions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Salary:
The salary for this temporary position is $1100 per month.
