As a Restaurant Manager in our bustling city of Randers, Denmark, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of our restaurant. Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting
- Train and develop staff members to ensure high-quality service standards are met
- Create and implement policies and procedures to maintain smooth operations and adhere to health and safety regulations
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items and specials
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and gather feedback
- Develop relationships with vendors to source high-quality ingredients at competitive prices
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish language proficiency is a plus)
