Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our establishment in Randers. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant's operations and ensuring that our customers have a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, including managing staff, inventory, and budget
- Create and maintain schedules for employees to ensure adequate coverage
- Train and develop staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create menus and specials
- Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of orders
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant operations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management is a plus
