Electrician Supervisor

As an Electrician Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of electricians to ensure efficient and high-quality electrical work. Your main duties will include planning and coordinating projects, allocating tasks to team members, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, and providing technical guidance and support. You will also be responsible for conducting inspections and troubleshooting issues as needed.

To excel in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience as an electrician and possess strong leadership skills. A valid electrician license is required, along with knowledge of electrical codes and regulations. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of electricians and assign tasks according to individual strengths
- Ensure all work is completed on time and meets quality standards
- Plan and coordinate electrical projects, including materials, labor, and timelines
- Conduct inspections to ensure safety standards are met
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during projects
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
- Maintain accurate records of project progress and expenses
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status
- Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an electrician
- Valid electrician license
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
