Warehouse Operations Specialist
As a Warehouse Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse in Randers. Your main duties will include managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods. You will also be responsible for maintaining warehouse safety procedures and training new employees on warehouse processes.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred, as well as knowledge of inventory management systems. The ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management and shipment coordination
- Ensure accurate stock levels by conducting regular inventory checks
- Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train new employees on warehouse processes and procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment
- Proficiency in inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
