Contract Construction Manager


We are hiring a Contract Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Randers. As a Contract Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to scheduling and quality control. You will work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and budgets
- Schedule and coordinate construction activities
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
- Manage relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Keep stakeholders informed of project progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software
- Valid biometric passport (or ability to obtain one)
