Construction Project Manager


We are searching for a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects in Randers. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various construction projects within budget and on schedule.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, and monitor progress
- Manage project budget and ensure cost-efficiency
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Oversee project workers and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status
- Identify potential risks or issues and develop contingency plans
- Ensure project quality standards are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and safety standards
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical documents
