Construction Manager
A reputable construction company in Randers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects according to agreed timelines and budget
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Obtain necessary permits and licenses for construction activities
- Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors on site
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Manage project budget, expenses, and cost control measures
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills
- Proficient in using project management software such as AutoCAD or Primavera P6
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Biometric passport (preferred)
