Construction Manager
We are searching for an experienced and skilled Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Randers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the construction industry and a strong understanding of project management principles. They will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, including budgeting, scheduling, and overseeing the work of contractors and subcontractors. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting and scheduling
- Oversee all aspects of the construction process to ensure efficiency and quality
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to meet project timelines
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the construction industry as a manager or supervisor
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and techniques
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in computer software such as MS Office and project management tools
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
Location:
This is a full-time position based in Randers. However, remote work options may be available depending on the needs of specific projects.
