We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Randers. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Managing office expenses and invoices
- Organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assisting with document preparation and data entry
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow

Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred but not required

Salary: 1600$

Location: Randers, Denmark (open to all nationalities)

Accommodation: Accommodation can be provided for candidates who require it.

Visa & Ticket: We will provide a free visa and ticket for selected candidates.
