Office Assistant
Location: Randers, Denmark
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Randers, Denmark. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This position is suitable for men and offers a salary of 1100$ per month, along with a free visa and ticket.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing postage
- Organize and schedule appointments for managers and executives
- Perform data entry tasks to update records and maintain databases
- Assist with preparing documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed
- Keep the office clean and organized at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Office Assistant or Secretary are a plus
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail with great organizational skills
