Office Assistant
We are a growing company in Randers and we are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and data entry
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Handle any other administrative tasks as assigned by the management team
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role is preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion
Salary: $1600 per month
This is a full-time position with working hours from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. We also offer accommodation for those who may need it.
