Pastry Chef
Location: Randers, Denmark
We are seeking a talented and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Randers, Denmark. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing our dessert menu, as well as overseeing the production of all pastries and baked goods.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing creative dessert recipes that align with the restaurant's concept and standards
- Overseeing the production of all desserts and baked goods, ensuring quality and consistency
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies to maintain stock levels
- Training and supervising junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment according to food safety standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Extensive knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, equipment, and presentation methods
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and manage kitchen staff
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Attention to detail and creativity in designing unique dessert dishes
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month for this full-time position. Salary may vary based on experience.
