We are seeking an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Randers. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective strategies to promote our products and increase sales. Your main duties will include monitoring inventory levels, analyzing market trends, and developing promotional plans. Responsibilities:
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
- Create and implement promotional plans to increase product visibility and sales
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure product placement and compliance with merchandising guidelines
- Build positive relationships with store managers and staff to maximize sales opportunities
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' activities, and consumer preferences

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Knowledge of merchandising principles, techniques, and best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
