We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to oversee our sales team in Randers, Denmark. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Manage and motivate the sales team to ensure they meet their individual and team goals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients to drive customer retention and satisfaction
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team and provide training and coaching as needed
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for upper management

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales position
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team towards success
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Danish language skills are a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in developing effective sales strategies based on market trends and customer needs
- Ability to travel within Denmark for client meetings as needed

Salary: 1200$ per month (with accommodation provided)
